The staff is friendly and they worked with me on my room as I had reserved a king size but couldn't climb the stairs to get to it, so they found me a queen on the bottom floor. The next morning a nice lady Wendy, from housekeeping came and saw there was indeed no blowdryer mounted in my room so a man was there in less than 5 minutes bringing one for me to use before I left.

The room was great the only issue was the TV wasn't functioning called front desk maintenance guy with dreads..came very friendly and professional took care of issue immediately apologies and continued to make sure I was comfortable.

maintained. The toilet rocked. I get the fact that the building was older. It was very well maintaned. They wouldn't know unless they sat on it.
